Who is AdTracker for?

AdTracker™ was originally designed to help radio networks get their affiliate affidavits signed and organized for advertisers. If you run such a network or have need of creating and recording affidavits, AdTracker™ will improve your business.

Affiliates

AdTracker™ takes all the pain out of signing these buggers. You’ve never had this much power over your own affidavits before AdTracker™:

  • Your affiliates can sign their affidavits. Only the affidavits they are able to sign will appear. The interface is extremely simple to use and there is no clutter and no confusion. All your affiliates can do is login and sign their affidavits
    • When an affidavit is signed, the reporting is extremely detailed. Your affiliates can indicate how each spot ran, in detail, by selecting a reason from a pre-defined list or (optionally) providing their own reasons!
    • Affiliates can indicate exactly which day they ran the show if something happened (and as we know, it does and will happen again)
    • Affiliates can update their information right on the affidavit and your affiliate relations associate that is assigned to that affiliate will be notified of the irregular affidavit. NOTHING slips by you!
    • Affiliates can use our mass editing feature to report what happened to all the spots in a given hour with a single click!

Affiliate Relations

Your affiliate relations associates tend to your affiliates like shepherds to a flock. AdTracker™ provides your shepherds with the proper tools to make sure your operation runs smoothly.

  • Your affiliate relations department (or, you, if that’s what you do) can easily manage all the affiliates from a single interface. Create, remove, edit: passwords, usernames, phone numbers, E-mail addresses, and more. Assign them to stations. The works!
  • You can even manage stations. AdTracker™ will store the details of each affiliate’s station, such as power, AM/FM/XM, dial positions, call letters, market ranks, and more.
  • You can check up on your affiliates. See which affidavits have been signed, which need to be signed and when it was your affiliate last logged into AdTracker™. Affiliate relations can use AdTracker™ to quickly locate affiliates that are not signing affidavits and correct that problem. They can run, but they can’t hide!
  • Speaking of running, AdTracker™ has an automated signer reminders mechanism that will send and E-mail to all your affiliates with a gentle and friendly reminder to login and sign their affidavits. This is only done if the affidavits are over-due, so your affiliates will not get yelled at unnecessarily.

Affidavit Creators

It’s a dirty job, but no wait—it isn’t anymore! AdTracker™ makes creating and editing affidavits pain-free. Using our Affidavit Manager, most of the grunt-work is already done:

  • You can create affidavits for your shows. AdTracker™ keeps tabs on each show you have and predicts when new affidavits should become available. This eliminates the problem of erroneous dates on your affidavits
  • AdTracker™ performs automatic dating and automatic numbering of all affidavits for you. No need to consult a calendar any longer to ensure that the next affidavit has the correct date.
